Kyle McAuley’s story is one of transformation and growth. After graduating with a theater degree from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, he moved to Los Angeles in 2012 to pursue his passion for acting and music. He quickly immersed himself in the creative landscape, producing, directing, and hosting various original projects, including short films and digital content. However, it wasn’t long before he discovered his true calling in real estate, leading him to build a successful career in business and investment.
In 2015, Kyle made his first real estate purchase, acquiring a Northridge, California condo and turning it into a long-term rental property. This marked the beginning of his real estate journey, which would later see him execute a successful 1031 exchange in 2022. He sold his condo and reinvested the proceeds into two new properties in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Lake Havasu City, Arizona. These moves reflect his keen business sense and ability to leverage his expertise in property management for long-term wealth-building.
Before diving into the business world, Kyle was a professional DJ and emcee named DJ Lunakye with VOX DJS, performing at weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate events for six years. While he no longer advertises his DJ services, he occasionally performs for past clients and friends. His Lunakye persona remains a part of his brand and social media presence, blending his creative side with his entrepreneurial endeavors.
Kyle has also become a prominent voice in political activism, offering sharp commentary on social issues, foreign policy, and economic trends through daily posts on Instagram and X. Known for his wit and relatability, his content resonates with his audience, inspiring open discussion and encouraging positive change. His political views are grounded in conservative principles, and he uses his platform to motivate others to engage with the day's pressing issues.
Having been involved in entertainment from a young age, Kyle performed in numerous plays, musicals, and TV shows, including roles in major productions such as NCIS. His production, director, and host work earned recognition at NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA), where he was celebrated for his original content. He also served as the Committee Chairman for NFMLA, using his leadership skills to guide the team toward success.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Cornish College of the Arts and additional certifications in dramatic arts and civic leadership, Kyle continues to apply his diverse experiences to his professional and personal life.
